I'am really not a WWII gamer... Shame on me indeed.

There was unfortunately a mistake in the production process there. The wrong picture on page 7 got printed. There should be an allied unit above the commando, because it is impossible to draw supply through an unnegated enemy ZoC. The commando is in any case out of supply because the supply line is only 1 hex if it passes both hill and enemy ZoC (even though it is negated by a friendly unit). Therefore the commando's supply line does not reach the track.
